From death into life
I'm saddened by the latest news I have received. My former supervisor at WPS passed away recently. While I didn't care for her supervisory skills, she was a good person. Rest in Peace.
Pangier, Charlotte MADISON/ JANESVILLE - Charlotte Pangier, age 39, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2006, at the Don & Marylin Anderson HospiceCare Center in Fitchburg after a battle with ovarian cancer. Charlotte was born on May 24, 1967, in Madison to Douglas and Ruth Prangier. Charlotte graduated from Memorial High School in Madison in 1985, and went on to earn a B.A. degree in communication arts from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. She has worked since 1991 at WPS as a customer service supervisor. Charlotte loved family get-to-gathers, and cherished animals, especially her cats. Charlotte is survived by her parents, Douglas (Dorothy) Pangier of Janesville, and Ruth Pangier of Verona; her sister, Liesa (John) Heineman of Lincoln, R.I.; three nephews, Luke, James and Zachary Heineman of Lincoln, R.I.; and many dear friends. She is preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 1, 2006, at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3610 Speedway Road, Madison. A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home on Saturday. Memorials may be made to the Don & Anderson HospiceCare Center, 5395 E.
