Wednesday, September 12, 2007: This weeks weather has given us our introduction to fall. Out with the warmer pants and long sleeves. I like fall weather because we don't have to deal with the humidity; however, I know what is yet to come. October is fast approaching. We have to make final plans for our trip to Colorado. Sarah's first cousin Elayna Rose was born 8/29/07. I can't wait to meet her. There has been a lull in events with the house-at least as far as showings. We had a stager come in (at the reccomendation of our relator) and have yet to see her feedback. The biggest comment was to change the floor in the kitchen. I hope that it's relatively cheap to update. We've also talked about adding another layer of shingles to our roof, new gutters and cleaning up the deck and painting it. I have mixed feelings on whether or not to keep it on the market right now. Terry seems to think that keeping it on is a good idea. We'll have to see what happens. posted by Maryanne @ 8:11 AM | | |
