Having a baby changes everything...

and I mean everything. Ok, I might be exaggerating a bit. This past week/weekend gave me a mini vacation from work. I don't know how much you would actually consider it a vacation other than that I didn't go in to work. Sarah and I came down with the flu bug that has been going around. My suffering only lasted about 24 hrs. Poor Terry had to take care of both of us on Thursday -Thank God for his flex schedule. Friday was the worst day for Sarah. She had a fever for a good portion of the day and all she wanted was to be held and sleep. Yes, I have been wanting a baby that loves to cuddle and be held, but does it have to be only when she's sick?! Nevertheless, Sarah is on the road to a slow recovery (after two visits to Urgent Care and a trip to her pediatrician today). My hope is to be back to work tomorrow but we'll see how that goes.

This has put a little dent in our time line for putting our house on the market. We rescheduled our appointment with Kari for Tuesday of next week. Hopefully we'll be in good shape then.
